Can Drinking Water Help You To Lose Weight?? Drinking water is an essential part of our daily allowance of intakes. Most of the food that we are eating is made up of a percentage of water. Also around 60/70% of the human body is made up of water, so I think you can kind of see where this heading. Drinking water is essential to our survival as human beings of existence on this earth! When undertaking a weight loss program it is highly important that you don’t ignore the necessity of drinking water. In fact the daily recommended intake of water per person is 6-8 glasses per day. Water aids you along in losing weight if you are drinking the correct amount of water your body is being flushed of the waste that would normally be putting your system under stress. Especially your kidneys and bowel. If you don’t drink the right amount of fluid it is easy to confuse thirst for hunger, therefore making you to over eat by an increased feeling of hunger. So what do we do to lose weight? Tips to help encourage you to drink water more often would be to carry it around with you , Buy water bottles to keep in the fridge and take one out with you in the car, to the office as a constant reminder. There is no secret in weight loss the rules are to eat little and often, Drink water till you can no more! And stay away from choccys and sweets.
