Exercise - More Fun, Less Rules
Many of us dread physical activity. We either don't enjoy the strenuous activity or we don't enjoy working out in public. That is why a quarter of adults get absolutely no physical activity. And those that do exercise complete only the bare minimum. The key to effective exercise is happiness. And how can we achieve happiness? That's easy, by doing something that we enjoy. Just because you need to lose weight it does not mean that you can't have any fun in the process.
