How I Combined Bodyweight and Dumbbell Training For Superior Fitness and Health


It's been a long journey for me since the day I picked up my first dumbbell to now, where I've been effectively combining bodyweight and dumbbell exercises to develop high intensity workouts for superior fitness and health. I began to training when I was 10 years old, doing one-arm bench presses and curls with a 15 lbs dumbbell. 3 years later, I joined Karate where I was forced to do lots and lots of pushups.
