Reader Success Story - How Connie Lost Weight


I love a good success story and Connie's is a great one - not just because she's lost 3 dress sizes (and looks fabulous) but because of her attitude. Having tried other diets and programs, Connie finally realized she needed to forget about the quick-fix diets and focus on changing how she lived.
