It's a sad reality but the truth is, bodybuilders, amateur and professional, neglect certain muscle groups in their training. Ultimately, there are a number of reasons why muscle groups are neglected. The most obvious is that they simply favor the major muscle groups as they make the biggest aesthetic differences to their frame. Another reason is the inconvenience and discomfort involved in working these muscle groups.
