Your Shoulder and Shoulder Exercise Routines
Another important part of your body is your shoulder because it allows much of the movement of the upper part of your body. There are movable joints in our body and one of these joints are located on the upper part of our body. While this part of the body is indeed movable, it is also very unstable since it is a joint composed of a ball and socket. Its salient parts are the ball, which is the humerus' head and the socket or the glenoid. Due to this, it is so important to make sure that your exercises for this part of the body are performed with caution.
